I tried reaching out a few times and they just never got back to me. My messages were sitting there with no reply, which felt frustrating and kind of like they just ignored me, I guess.

I didn’t feel like it was worth the price at all. Everything seemed way more expensive than it should be, and it didn’t help that dealing with the automated system made the whole experience feel even more frustrating. I’d rather talk to an actual person if I’m paying that much

I think it showed up a few days late, maybe around Tuesday or Wednesday, I can’t remember exactly. The shipping was kind of slow, but the tracking updates were decent enough and at least I could see where the package was most of the time

I ordered my usual size from monicasneakers.net, but these ended up feeling way too tight around the toes. I figured maybe they just needed a little breaking in, but after wearing them around a bit, that clearly wasn’t the case.

The length was sort of okay, but the overall fit felt narrow and awkward, and my heels started rubbing after about 20 minutes of walking. They look decent, but comfort-wise they were disappointing.

What made it more annoying was that the terms seemed different than what I remembered when I ordered, especially around returns or exchanges. I hate when stuff like that changes after the fact, because if I’d known, I probably would’ve sized up or just skipped them altogether

I bought these on a whim, but wow, I regret it. After wearing them just two times, the sole already started coming off. Definitely not the quality I expected.

The shoes did arrive eventually, so it wasn’t a complete disaster, but they came later than I expected. I can see other customers getting frustrated too, especially if they’re ordering for a trip, event, or just need their shoes by a certain date. I probably wouldn’t order again if timing mattered.
